This stunning dress is made of four way stretch lycra spandex in UV Glow pink lightning print.
The bodice has darts for shape, and a stretchy banded waist. 
Mega huge Sharp Shoulder sleeves and a turtle neckline in front with high back. 
The sleeves are reinforced with soft foam cones to keep them in form.
The hemline is a full circle cut, for tons of flirty, swingy movement when you walk.
